"My life has changed for the better all because of Dr. Talley. I have had neck pain for years and then my lower back began to ache. I would get headaches as a result of doing any work above my head. If I lifted anything my back would hurt. It got to where I couldn't even sit or stand for any length of time. I was not able to sleep throughout the night. I would shift around in bed and stick pillows under my neck, under my lower back and under my knees. Then I wouls shift all night to try to find a postion that allowed me to get to sleep. I went to see Dr. talley and he listened to my situation thoroughly. He asked that I get him copies of previous xrays for him to study. Then he treated me that day but said he would have a comprehensive plan within a couple of days. On my next visit he layed out the program and we began to work together to get me better! I started with frequent adjustments, posture changes, and stretching exercises. Within a week I began to improve. Each week I was getting better in all areas. Because he took the time to listen to me each week we made some modifications to the plan. Over a really short time I showed tremendous improvement. Today I feel better than I have in years! I continue to be very active. I was even able to join a gym for the first time in years. Twice daily I do my stretching exercises and go in once a month for maintenance. One neat thing that has happened is that if I feel a headache coming on I am usually able to get rid of it with stretches. While Dr. Talley and the employees in the office are very professional they are all really upbeat and friendly. It's a fun place to go! I have been to several Medical Doctors and Chiropractors over the years but Dr. Talley has been the one to dramatically improve my health.
